Exchange Eligibility • We do not accept returns under any circumstances. • Exchanges are only permitted if: • The product received has a manufacturing fault, defect, or incorrect item was sent. • You report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order. • Exchange requests for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, or color difference (due to screen display variations) will not be accepted.
Customised Suits • Customised, made-to-order, or altered suits are not eligible for exchange unless there is a clear error or fault on our end. • Please review all details carefully before placing a customised order.
Condition for Exchange • The suit must be: • Unused, unwashed, and unaltered • In its original packaging with all tags attached • Any item returned with signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for exchange.
Shipping Costs • If the exchange is due to a fault or error from Mena.pk, we will cover the return shipping cost. • In all other approved exchange cases, the customer will bear the courier charges.
Replacement Process • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement will be sent within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability. • If the same design or size is unavailable, we may offer: • A store credit for the same value, or • An alternative product of equal value (with your approval).
Important Notes • Sale items and discounted articles are not eligible for exchange unless faulty. • Always inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately. • Mena.pk reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
